The league announced on Wednesday that the Stanley Park Classic will take place on March 3, 2018, at the Forum in Toronto.

The first Cup Final in franchise history will be played at the Toronto Forum on March 2.
The Stanley Cup will be on the big screen for the first time on March 4, and the first game will be a rematch of the 2010 Stanley Cup Final, which the San Jose Sharks defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 in overtime.
The league announced that the NHL Hall of Fame will honor the players and coaches of the 2013 Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks, the 2015 Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings, the 2017 Stanley Cup Champions Boston Bruins, and 2017 Stanley Champion Pittsburgh Penguins.
The list includes many notable players from the current NHL season, such as Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Marian Hossa, Jonathan Toews, and Corey Perry.
