BMW Sport has released its first production model of the Jeep Wranger Sport.
It’s a true race car with a true track record and an impressive pedigree.
The sportier Jeep Wranglers were popular with sports cars for decades, but now the Wrangler’s muscle is coming home to the UK market.
The Wrangler Sport was designed to deliver performance in a car that was both affordable and practical.
The Sport model features the most sophisticated electronic system ever developed for a race car, and it’s powered by a 1.5-litre six-cylinder engine with 170kW of torque.
It delivers 0-62mph in 4.2sec, and a top speed of 155mph.
A new generation of safety technologies have also been introduced for the Sport model, including lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist and blind spot monitoring.
The new Sport models also have a revised chassis that’s significantly lighter and more compact, thanks to the inclusion of new lightweight composite materials.
The body has been completely redesigned and the Wrangler Sport is the first new model since the introduction of the sportier Volkswagen Golf in the late 1990s.
The interior is more comfortable and modern than ever before, and there’s a new, more premium audio system.
The styling and engineering team has also taken some design cues from the iconic Volkswagen GTI.
The sports car’s iconic front grille, which had been missing for years, has been replaced with a wider, higher grille and grille bracket that opens wider to offer an added airy element.
The front fender has also been updated, and the side window trim has been reworked to better match the sporty exterior.
The suspension is also significantly revised, with more aggressive coil springs and a longer, lower travel, rear suspension.
The rear wing has been widened to give the car a more aggressive stance.
The car is available in three trim levels: Sport, Limited and Premium.
The limited edition Sport model has a 1,200cc, four-cylinders engine, and sports seats.
The Limited edition model has the same engine and is available only in the US.
The Premium model has an engine that is 1,500cc, three-cyleters and is rated at 220hp and 220Nm.
It has a five-speed automatic transmission, rear differential, and rear wheel drive.
The price for the sport model is $40,900, while the Limited model is priced at $39,500.
The 2017 model has been released.
It is the sportiest model ever made by BMW, and with a price tag of $50,000.
The 2018 model is available for purchase.
